Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in Buttonwood, this 1950s 3-bed, 2-bath ranch home was reimagined into a breathtaking 5,500-square-foot estate with timeless charm and modern functionality.

DomaStyle Design’s Michele Sprauer led the transformation with a masterful blend of architectural creativity and refined interiors. The result is a stunning home that blends sophistication, space, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Scope of Work:

  • Second Story Addition: A dramatic expansion added four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious bonus room over the garage, transforming the footprint and functionality of the home.

  • Complete First Floor Redesign: The original layout was fully reconfigured to include a custom kitchen with two large islands, a formal dining room, breakfast nook, living room, family room, lounge with wet bar, home office, and two fireplaces—all designed with flow and livability in mind.

  • Outdoor Living Upgrade: The backyard now features a new pool and patio area, creating a luxurious retreat for relaxing and entertaining.

  • Architectural Enhancements: We added French doors leading from the living room and lounge to the pool, and designed a custom pergola above the side porch to enhance natural light and architectural detail.

  • Modern Systems and Finishes: The entire home was outfitted with new plumbing, electrical, siding, windows, and high-end finishes—bringing the home up to date in both form and function.
